What's Covered
IVDD Coverage
Intervertebral Disc Disease is one of the most common health concerns in dachshunds. Our guarantee covers IVDD-related conditions, giving you confidence that your pup is protected against this breed-specific risk.
Genetic Conditions
Full coverage for hereditary conditions including Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Lafora Disease, and Osteogenesis Imperfecta. We test our parent dogs extensively to minimize these risks.
Congenital Defects
Protection against congenital conditions including heart defects, liver shunts, and luxating patellas. These conditions are screened in our parent dogs but are covered should they arise.
Communicable Diseases
A 14-day window of coverage for communicable diseases from the date you receive your puppy. This ensures your new family member arrives healthy and stays that way through the transition period.

To keep your health guarantee active, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines designed to support your puppy's well-being.
Veterinary Visit Within 72 Hours
Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arriving at your home. This initial wellness check establishes a health baseline and activates your guarantee.
Annual Checkups Required
To maintain your guarantee, your puppy must receive annual wellness examinations from a licensed veterinarian. Keeping up with routine care ensures early detection and ongoing health.
Spay/Neuter Agreement
Puppies placed on pet-quality contracts must be spayed or neutered by the age recommended by your veterinarian. This requirement helps protect the integrity of our breeding program.
Resolution Options
If a covered health issue arises, we work with you to find the best resolution for your family and your puppy.
Replacement Puppy
We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from an upcoming litter at no additional cost.
Partial or Full Refund
Depending on the situation, a partial or full refund of the purchase price may be offered as a resolution.
Veterinary Cost Assistance
